Robert Monzon serves as President of the Board of Directors of the Montebello Housing Development Corporation.  He is one of the founding members of the corporation. Mr. Monzon is employed by the City of Pasadena as a Records and Information Manager he is a Certified Document Imaging Architect.  Has served as President of the Pasadena Management Association. He is a member of the Board of Directors of the Montebello / Commerce YMCA.  He is a member in good standing of the Montebello Rotary Club..  His Community involvement also includes being Co-Chair of the California Statewide National Council of La Raza Affiliate Southern California Co-Chairman.   Mr. Monzon has an Associate Of Arts Degree from East Los Angeles College.  He has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater L.A. Chapter of the Association of Record Managers and Administrators and speaks frequently on the subject of Records and Information Management.

He earned his Bachelor of Arts and Masters in Administration from California State University of Los Angeles. He earned a Masters of Science degree from the University of Southern California and his Doctorate degree in Education from Pepperdine University. He currently also serves on the Board of Directors of California Credit Union serving the needs of school employees in California.

Cantwell-Sacred Heart of Mary College Preparatory School, is located in Montebello, California, is an Archdiocesan high school for young men and women. Every aspect of the school program is based on the foundation to teach As Jesus Did, bringing Christ and His message into the educational experience, collaborating with parents as the primary educators to develop “young men and women of character.”
